Our work in the greater Orlando area with our partners HADC Consultants, local businesses and local government is the starting point of this community building work.

Our tenants are supported as they work to improve their financial literacy and gain at least 12 months of housing security through our structured program. This allows them to move forward in their lives, able to participate more fully in their lives. Working together and by empowering individualss, we create pathways for change.

With more than 15 years of experience working in community development, we have honed our skills in housing solutions including relocation, buying, selling, refurbishing, and renovating in the United Kingdom and the United States. This gives us a practical understanding in what motivates people and a deep understanding how making big life decisions are rational and emotional.

My unique real estate related skills include Life Transition Facilitator, Dream-Home-Catcher, and House Whispering – as well as the usual high-level skills that clients, whether buying or selling, should expect. I offer comprehensive understanding of market conditions, attention to detail, communication, negotiation, and time-sensitive response.

Infrastucture support for community organizations to help them evidence the work that they do and demonstrate the impact that they have. This includes helping them set up simple systems for monitoring and evaluation to fulfil small grant reporting requirements, transparent governance arrangements and organizational training where required. 

Entry-level Quality Assurance Quality Control (QAQC) to identify organizational strengths and determine areas for improvement. This program serves as a stepping stone for more comprehensive QAQC such as ISO:9001 

Plan and facilitate training designed to improve productivity, identify suitable grants and bid writing. 

Business planning and strategic fundraising consulting for community organizations with a focus on QAQC for commissioning and selling services.  Supportive program with licensing and franchising strategies to protect intellectual property.
